How to resolve when the disc tray doesn't open when the "OPEN/CLOSE" button is pressed?
The disc tray does not open when the "OPEN/CLOSE" button is pressed.
- Power on the BDP-S500 Blu-ray Disc player.
- Immediately push UP/DOWN switch to open the sliding panel.
- After “POWER ON” is displayed on the front panel display, press the “STOP” button on the player(not the remote) repeatedly. The disc tray opens and the player turns off automatically.
