How to create support folders using VAIO Recovery Utility?

Creating support folders using VAIO Recovery Utility.

Support folders are used in Recovery Disc and can be created locally using VAIO Recovery Utility.

Please refer to the following steps to create support folders:

1.  Click Start and select All Programs.
2.  Select VAIO Recovery Tool and click VAIO Recovery Utility.


3.  Click Options, select Create support folders and click OK.


4.  Click Yes to start the options tool.

5.  Click OK once the support folder had been created.
