Setting the system to prompt for user's password upon resuming from standby mode.
To set the system to request for user to input the password when resuming from standby, a logon password needs to be set for the corresponding user.

1. Click Start and then click Control Panel. Ensure Classic View is selected.
2. Double-click the Power Options icon.
3. Make the relevant settings for the system standby.
4. Click Advanced tab, select the option of Prompt for password when computer resumes from Standby and click OK.
