How to change the audio attributes (sampling frequency, bit rate and so on.) using Sound Recorder?
To change the audio attributes, please follow the steps below:
1. Start Sound Recorder.
2. From the menu bar, click File and click Open.
3. Specify the required audio file.
4. From the menu bar, click File and click Save as.
5. Click Change and select the required settings for this audio file.
6. Click OK.
7. Save the audio file.
