Why is the Mail button disabled in Smart Capture Premium?
The VAIO computer has not been used or set up to receive or send any e-mails using e-mail software.
In order to send a captured file from Smart Capture Premium, firstly an e-mail account must be set up.
The Help section in Smart Capture Premium contains the following description.
Your computer must be able to use the Internet.
MAPI of your e-mail software must be enabled.
For the details of MAPI, refer to the instruction manual of your e-mail software.
