How to hide or select an animated character in Search Companion?

To hide the animated screen character, please follow the steps below.
1. Click Start, and then click Search.
2. Click Change preferences on the left panel of the Search Companion dialog box.
3. When the How do you want to use Search Companion? dialog box appears, click Without an animated screen character.

To select a different animated screen character, please follow the steps below.
1. Click Start, and then click Search.
2. Click Change preferences on the left panel of the Search Companion dialog box.
3. When the How do you want to use Search Companion? dialog box appears, click With a different character.
4. Click Back or Next to view the characters.
5. When the preferred character is displayed, click OK.
