Dear valued Sony VAIO customers,
Effective September 30, 2020 11:59PM(1) VAIO Care Premium Tools will no longer be supported on Sony VAIO computer systems.
As a result, VAIO users may no longer purchase new licenses or renew existing licenses for VAIO Care Premium Tools effective September 30, 2019 11:59PM.(1) VAIO users who currently have an active license may continue to use VAIO Care Premium Tools until the expiration of their individual license.
Sony has partnered with iolo Technologies® to offer VAIO users the iolo System Mechanic® software tools. Click here for more information or to purchase System Mechanic® directly before October 1, 2019.
Starting October 1, 2019(1) VAIO users may also purchase System Mechanic® through the VAIO Care application on their computer via the following steps:
1. Start VAIO Care
2. Click "Advanced Tools"
3. Click "Premium Tools"
4. System Mechanic purchasing page will open.
VAIO Care version 7.3 or higher
