Notes:
- The reset method differs depending on the product. If your model is not listed below, refer to the manual.
- The settings return to their initial status. Settings such as volume, function, sound settings and/or personal information stored on the system may be change.
HT-S100F
- Press and hold + (volume up) button,
power button, and 
input select button on the unit for more than 5 seconds to reset the system. - Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead), and then plug it back in.
HT-CT290, HT-CT800, HT-G700, HT-S2000, HT-S200F, HT-S350, HT-S400, HT-X8500, HT-X9000F, HT-Z9F
- Press and hold the power and - (volume down) button on the Sound Bar for more than 5 seconds.
- Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead), and then plug it back in.
HT-RT3, HT-RT40
- Press and hold INPUT, VOL – and power simultaneously for more than 5 seconds.
- Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead), and then plug it back in.
HT-S20R, HT-S40R
- Press the MENU button on the remote control.
- Select RESET by pressing the ↑ (upper) or ↓ (lower) button.
- When ALL RESET appears on the front panel display, press the ENTER button, and then the system settings return to the factory default.
If You Cannot Perform Resetting Using the Menu
Press and hold power and - (volume down) on the subwoofer for more than 5 seconds.
All the settings will return to their initial status.
HT-CT80
- Press SW ◿ (subwoofer volume) +, → ◿ (volume) –, → NIGHT in sequence within 3 seconds.
- Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead), and then plug it back in.
HT-A9, HT-A7000, HT-A5000, HT-A3000
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Setup → Advanced Settings.
- Select Resetting.
- Select the menu item you want to reset.
- Select Start.
If you cannot perform resetting using the Home menu:
- HT-A9: Press and hold the power button on the control box for more than 10 seconds.
- HT-A7000 / A5000 / A3000: Press and hold the power button and - (volume down) button on the bar speaker for more than 5 seconds.
