(Wired) All connection diagnosis results are displayed as Failed
After performing a network diagnosis, the result may appear as:
- Physical Connection: Failed
- Local Access: Failed
- Internet Access: Failed
Follow the troubleshooting steps below. Each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, so please check the network connection status after completing each step.
- Reset all of the network equipment, such as your router or cable modem , by turning them off and un-plugging them for 2 minutes.
Re-connect the power cords of the router or modem.
Turn on the power supply.
Wait for a few minutes until the router or modem is done initialising. - Perform the connection diagnosis again.
- Make sure that the connection is active by disconnecting the Ethernet cable from the TV and attempting to access the Internet using a computer or similar device.
- Try using a different LAN cable to confirm the one you are using is not faulty.
- Connect the LAN cable to a different LAN port on the router.
