(Wired) All connection diagnosis results are displayed as Failed

    After performing a network diagnosis, the result may appear as:

    1. Physical Connection: Failed
    2. Local Access: Failed
    3. Internet Access: Failed

    Follow the troubleshooting steps below. Each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, so please check the network connection status after completing each step.

    1. Reset all of the network equipment, such as your router or cable modem , by turning them off and un-plugging them for 2 minutes.
      Re-connect the power cords of the router or modem.
      Turn on the power supply.
      Wait for a few minutes until the router or modem is done initialising.
    2. Perform the connection diagnosis again.
    3. Make sure that the connection is active by disconnecting the Ethernet cable from the TV and attempting to access the Internet using a computer or similar device.
    4. Try using a different LAN cable to confirm the one you are using is not faulty.
    5. Connect the LAN cable to a different LAN port on the router.
