Can I turn the power off?
No, that is not possible.
I have enabled the [AUTO START/STOP] function, but the device doesn't start. What should I do?
Please wait for about 1 minute after put it on. If it still does not start, remove the device and place it on a desk or other stable surface. Wait for about 1 minute and then put it back on. You can also start it manually via the app or device button.
Depending on the usage conditions, the device may not operate. In that case, please select your preferred mode using the app and start the device. This allows you to start the device without using the app.
For RNP-P1
Push [START/STOP] button on the device.
For RNP-5 / 4 / 3
After set up QUICK LAUNCH in advance from the settings menu of the app, hold down the button on the device for 2 seconds.
I have enabled the [AUTO START/STOP] function, but the device doesn't stop. What should I do?
After removing the device, place it as level with the ground as possible and wait for 10 seconds.
If the device does not stop properly, you can also stop it without using the app by pressing down the button on the device for about 1 minute.
