Sony will not honor warranty due to item being gift and they either want me to pay to fix these terrible headphones or buy another terrible Sony product would not recommend. Product was great if you never use it but when I used daily left ear piece went out and now neither headphone will connect via bluetooth which is kind of their whole purpose

I have had these for almost 5 yrs now. I bought to wear on motorcycle rides they are only ones that were noise canceling and that fit in my ear

Got it at airport as I forgot my WFM1000 at home. Paired fine and worked for 5 mins before left earbuds started glitching. Tried everything for most of my flight and waiting time in-between, sucks to say I will not trust Sony anymore. Should have bought Bose or Beats

These sound great. However, my ear buds dont charge when placed in the case. It only charges if the case is connected to a power supply. :( No idea why this is the case.

Melted after regular use for 30 months. Do not buy. A quick search shows this is a known issue.

3 months After the 12 warranty expired one earbud stopped working and used infrequently. Nice sound otherwise so disappointed.

I bought these about 2 years ago. The quality is nice, they are not noise-cancel headphones, which is great for activities like cycling, being aware of your surroundings etc. Sony is a good brand, flexible with android and ios devices. However, their microphone is not great. I have to speak quite loud so people can hear me and sometimes they cannot hear me well at all, which leads me to remove them, defeating the whole purpose. Overall they are nice, but I would not buy again this specific product.

I bought 3 of these earbuds. The best entry level earbuds you can find in the market. The sound is so good, the size fits real nice. My teenage kids love them so much.

One year of use and the headset simply stopped working.

Had it for 9 months and still as good as new However I'm apparently not allowed to just use one word to describe it so had to add random etters - unbelievable!!!!!

I lost it so easily and couldn't do a lot with it cuz now I can't find it

Purchased a month ago for RM 199. I am not an audiophile, so works for me (casual listening). Not the most comfortable ones I guess. It does not connect to two devices at the same time, so that's a struggle sometimes. Sometimes they disconnect randomly when listening...but reconnect in a few seconds. I think it is a bug. It is OK for calls apparently, people say they can hear me clearly. I am sure there are other ordinary brands that are equally good and cheaper but it is hard to trust them. Sony gives a 15 month warranty in total, so I hope they honour it if something goes wrong.

I bought this product almost 2 years ago. The product is quite good!

My first Bluetooth earbuds. They work well with good sound. Comfortable in the ears and easy to understand the various processes involved.

All in one....good quality, sound and battery life.

On my second pair of these after the first ones died a natural death after 3 years and surviving a fall from a tree. Had an issue with my second pair which have since been replaced by Sony while still in warranty - very happy about that! HOWEVER, trying to get through to customer services to secure a repair job took years off my life, between battling AI chat bots and never ending phone holds. Overall, the product is fantastic and I’ll probably buy again when these ones eventually break. The fact they were replaced within a reasonable time frame was commendable. But god help me if I need to speak to customer services ever again…

Great features, however the product is uncomfortable and has no noise canceling feature.

I bought these headphones almost 1 year ago and I am very happy with them. They fit well. The sound is good. Longlasting charge

i bought last month, and i really enjoyed the superb sounbd. No regrets.

These were bought for my Son, used most days but in under two months one bud would no longer charge. Returned for a refund and will not be replacing with the same.

Very Good Budget headphones. Clear and good Bass . Cannot go wrong with Sony .

I got it this product through klarna and after 2 months of use now right side bud is not working and there is no option for return or warranty period nothing

this was my second purchase on this model. The battery was super long lasting, as compared to the other brands i own. Very reasonable price for what it does.

Bought on 31/08, by mid Oct , one side of ear piece no sound .. brought to Sony Service Centre and few days later collected C510 as replacement for C500. Thank Sony for the one to one exchange.

One side of it was spoiled(no sound at all) on the 13 months, just one month after the warranty expired.

These ear buds are a high quality product, a great design, packed with features for taking and making calls and their sound quality is excellent. They connect perfectly via Bluetooth each time to my mobile, great value for their cost.

I'm glad I bought SONY WF-C500. Listen music use C500 make me very happy because of Quality of sound.

I bought these in October last year before I went on holiday. To get them to connect to your device you have to download a Sony app. After going through the faff of connecting them to my phone, initially I didn’t have any issues when just listening to music. When I tried to use them to make/ answer a call, the quality of the microphone is not good at all!! When you’re using them for calls the sound quality is very poor as it picks up the background noise so it makes it hard for the other person to hear you speaking. About 11 months into owning them the right ear stopped connecting when you took it out of the box so you would have to manually turn it on. It has now stopped connecting completely and doesn’t work so I am stuck with only one earphone. This is just out of warranty period and they have told me there is nothing they can do to help. Would not purchase again!!

Bought it on sale at half the price. At that price point, it is good enough.

This earbuds is probably the highest clarity budget earbuds that you could buy. Even though it doesn't have noise cancellation and a bit lacking in bass if you're bass head but it makes of for high clarity in sound and great mic for phone call. It even has it's own equalizer app - Sound Control that allows you to make some minor adjustments on the upper end of the frequency so that it doesn't sounds too bright for those who likes a warm mellow sounding earbud. Give it a few days of playing before it sets in to it's final sound quality. It also has a long battery life that allows you to continuously play music for up to 8 hours before you need those put those earbuds into the case for charging. Overall a very nice earbud.

I bought this a few months ago and about a month ago the left ear bud wouldn't produce any sound unless it's pressed at a certain angle, I hwve re initialised it and done all other trouble shooting ans it still doesn't work, and you cannot find a sony representative to help anywhere. Before the earbud malfunctioned I was very happy with tye product

I bought this product mid July. The sound quality is fine, but I could not get them to stay in my ears. I don't have this issue with other earphones, I think this may be due to the shape/weighting of these earphones. For two weeks now, one of the earphones refuses to connect and the other one refuses to stay in my ear. I enjoy going to the gym, and it is not unusually for the earphone to slip out mid-set. The sound quality is not bad at all, but for the price I paid, I would expect more longevity.

Looked at all in this price range ,very happy with my purchase.

I bought these a couple weeks ago and I was excited but then I utha them mainly cause of the AI and the Assistant doesn’t even work properly

I bought this a month ago for my exercise usage. It is indeed incredible with the crisp sound and control touch buttons, it is simply perfect for me. The bass sound is average, hopefully Sony will improve on this for all headset

Left ear button broke after 5 months. Don’t telling me it has to go back to shop where I purchased. I live 200 miles from the shop. So £30 on Sony wasted.

Excellent value for money, pairs easily with my Sony Xperia phone (matches the colour too!). Sound quality is excellent, and battery life is great too.

Very comfortable, good sound quality, easy to use functions.

These earbuds are comfortable, functional and work well. I prefer the physical buttons compared to the touchpads on other brands. However, some functions are limited compared to newer models and other options. Also, one earbud suddenly malfunctioned (would charge but would not connect or play sound - must have been a mechanical failure) and I got a refund so I bought the updated model (WF-C510). This is smaller, lighter and more slimline plus has more features, so I think worth the extra. Not sure of the build quality but I must admit I was surprised the fault developed in the C500s, as Sony is usually very reliable.

After that, the left one stopped charging in the case, it seems that it’s a common problem because I read many posts about it and it seems that the only solution is to send them to repair or replace, option that Sony didn’t want to do although they are in guarantee and I bought them from their official account in Amazon. I suppose that for 50£ you can’t ask for to much but it’s Sony not a white Chinese brand
