    Some specific serial numbers of BRAVIA television KD-55X8000H, may experience an issue of, a part or all of the screen not displaying or the below listed symptom, due to a failure of the internal components.

       If you have an affected Model and serial number, that exhibits any of the above listed symptom within the free repair period, please contact Sony technical support hotline for further assistance. If diagnosis confirms that the issue is caused by the internal component failure, the power supply board or LCD panel will be repaired, at no charge.
