How to change the settings so that the network password will not be displayed when starting Windows® 98?
The Enter your network password for Microsoft Networking message is displayed when starting Windows® 98 although there is no network connection.
Please refer to the steps below for the settings:
1. Right-click the Network Neighbourhood icon and click Properties in the displayed menu.
2. From Client for Microsoft Networks, change the settings of Primary Network Logon to Windows Logon.
3. Click OK.
4. Restart Windows as indicated in the System Settings Change dialog box.
