Why data can't be read from the optical drive sometimes?
Data cannot be read from the optical drive sometimes.
To improve the reading performance of the optical drive, please download the latest Panasonic (Matshita) UJDA745 Version 1.04 Firmware Upgrade.
In the Downloads section, please select Notebook and proceed with the steps below:
1. Move the cursor to the relevant Notebook Series and click the model of the VAIO computer.
