Why can't the system go into hibernation or suspend mode when running DVgate Motion, Still and Assemble software ?
There is no hardware failure or software fault. This is due to the device driver for the DVgate software does not allow the system to go into the suspend or hibernation mode. The advanced power management of the computer was temporary disabled when using the DVgate software.
To go to into suspend or hibernation mode, close all opened programs and try again.
